If your complaint concerns a faulty product or problems with the staff then please contact  the Head Office of the Retailer first before you send your complaint to us.

We would also like to point out that we are not connected to any shop or retailer and that you must contact them directly at either branch level or at their head office as we will no longer follow up any complaints.

 

We  will be happy to publish your complaint totally free on this website but we can no longer take up your complaint with the complainee or contact the Retailer on your behalf

but we will be happy to assist you upon payment of a small charge which will be donated to charity   

IF WE ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL THEN NO CHARGE WILL BE MADE
